<p> <strong>Why dwell on a crowded hotel when you can have all conveniences that a home of your own offers?</strong> Rent a newly built, fully equipped <strong>3 room house</strong> in Ban Huai Yang 75 miles south of Hua Hin on the east coast of Thailand. <strong>Here the climate and the water is the best in Thailand</strong>. The villa is in the small Swedish community of Orchid Village, in an area with 34 other houses. The area has two big pools with children pool and Jacuzzi and it's just 700 yards to the calm, beautiful beach with gorgeous soft sand and sea bottom. Nearest shop and restaurant is a couple of hundred yards from the villa and it's an additional <strong>some hundred yards to the centre </strong>of Huai Yang with many shops and restaurants where <strong>everything is very cheap</strong>. The villa has a big terrace where you can enjoy the warm evenings and 6 miles from the village lays a <strong>national park</strong> that is known for its beautiful waterfalls and nice nature. If you want to relax and take it easy in a relaxing environment this is the place for you. </p>
